To Demonstrate Excellent Customer Service And Promote Good Practice Within The Shop. 2. To Manage Shop Staffing, Ensuring That The Shop Is Adequately Staffed At All Times. 3. To Be Responsible For Cash Handling, Banking And Associated Administration, Ensuring That All Till Operations Are Carried Out In Accordance With Shakeaholic’s Policies And Procedures. 4. To Maintain A Good Standard Of Housekeeping Which Creates An Environment That Is Both Pleasant And Safe For Customers And Shop Staff. 5. Stocking, Replenishing And Cleaning Sales Areas. Monitoring And Updating Sales Display Areas. 6. Assist In Recruitment And Training Of Shop Staff. 7. To Inform Area Manager Or Other Appropriate Manager Of Any Concerns Regarding Shakeaholic. 8. To Conduct Performance Development Reviews And Staff Appraisals Ensuring The Area Manager Is Advised Of Any Identified Training Needs. 9. Provide General Retail Duties. 10. Deal With Any Customer Complaints 11. Organise Promotional Activities This Not An Exhaustive List Of Responsibilities And The Post-holder Will Be Expected To Undertake Other Duties Within The Remit Of The Job And Appropriate To Their Level Of Seniority. ———————— PERSON SPECIFICATION Essential • Excellent Customer Service And Communication Skills • Work Well As Part Of A Team • Able To Use Work Under Pressure • Ability To Communicate Well With The General Public. • Ability To Motivate Self And Others. Desirable • Experience Of Working In A Retail Environment. • Experience Of Staff Training And Conducing Staff Appraisals And/or Performance Development Reviews.
