Key Responsibilities Be fully responsible for all first contact communication with our company by the customer. Assist in the development of our customer service procedures. Communicate directly with our customers via telephone email letter web chat and face to face. Keep accurate records of any interactions or transactions with customers. Obtain all relevant information that may be beneficial to the company. Manage customer accounts. Follow up customer interactions. Assist customers with any inquiries or complaints they have. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments. Assist in the coordination of brand ambassadors. Requirements and Attribution Fluent in English. Gcse Grades C or above in English and Maths. Minimum two years customer service experience. Computer literate. Ability to act on own initiative and problem solve. Ability to multi task. Great communication skills. Adaptability. Approachability.
