Customer Service / Customer Support Technician REF: ONLY : Newcastle



Job Title: Customer Service Advisor / Customer Support Technician – 30 Positions available Location: Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne on Wear Salary: 14,000 PA this is paid as £13,500 with a bonus upon completion of your first campaign increasing your salary to £14,000 equivalent. Position / Hours: Permanent, between the hours of 8am and 6.30pm Monday – Friday, Full Time To be considered for the role you will require; * Proven Customer Service Experience (min. 6 months) * 5 GCSEs A-C (Including English and Mathematics) * Competent in the use of IT packages * Available to work Full-Time hours from 6th Feb 2012 to 1st June 2012 * Any knowledge of Payroll would be beneficial Job Description: Your employment with our client will begin with you working on an in-sourced contract, based at Great Park, Gosforth, starting 6th February 2012. In a customer support role, it is essential our technicians can demonstrate excellent customer service with an ability to reflect the customer, matching your approach and use of language to their knowledge and requirements. A full training program lasting up to 4 weeks will be provided on both the company brand and product with ongoing support and coaching.
